At Sprout & Soar Therapy, we are proud to provide Specialized Section 28, Adaptive Behavior Services to support children and families in their everyday environments. Adaptive Behavior Services are home and community-based behavioral health services designed to help children build the skills needed for success at home, in school, and within the community.

Our Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) work one-on-one with children to support emotional regulation, social skills, communication, positive behavior, daily routines, and coping strategies. Services are individualized to meet each child’s unique strengths and needs while helping families feel supported and empowered.

Through compassionate, relationship-based care, our team partners with families, schools, and other providers to help children gain confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where children can grow, thrive, and reach their fullest potential.
