Scott Flagg, MS, OTR/L, brings more than 20 years of experience as a licensed occupational therapist supporting children and families in both school-based and outpatient pediatric settings. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine and his master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Maine.
Scott is passionate about helping children develop the skills they need to thrive in their everyday lives; whether at home, at school, or in the community. His approach is playful, encouraging, and individualized, always focused on building confidence and independence through meaningful activities.
A proud father of four, Scott has been deeply involved in his community for over two decades, coaching youth sports through high school football and basketball. His dedication to teamwork, growth, and connection extends from the field to his therapy practice, where he fosters a supportive and empowering environment for every child and family he works with.
Owner/Occupational Therapist
Erin Hatch, MS, OTR/L is a dedicated pediatric occupational therapist with a passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive. Erin has been a school-based occupational therapist since 2010 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Husson University. She is currently pursuing her post-professional doctorate at Texas Tech University.
With over a decade of experience supporting children in educational and clinical settings, Erin brings a compassionate, inclusive, and family-centered approach to her practice. As a proud mother of three—including a child with Down syndrome—she understands the importance of celebrating each child’s unique strengths and creating supportive environments where all children can succeed.
Erin is deeply involved in the community, serving as President of Empty Arms of Greater Bangor and the Eastern Maine Down Syndrome Support Group, as well as Co-Chair of the Children and Youth Special Interest Section for the Maine Occupational Therapy Association (MeOTA). Through Sprout & Soar Occupational Therapy, she is proud to provide high-quality, individualized care that empowers children and families across the Bangor area.
